    plACEmEnt RECoRDThe first placement season for the 2013-15 MBA batch, reinforced our strong proposition of being a truly industry led institution. With placement commitment of many employers, we invited various companies to visit the campus for pre-placement talks; to share requirements for vacant positions and handpick students that best suited those roles.

    As of Jan 2015, nearly 90% of the MBA batch has been placed in a variety of roles such as investments & finance, real estate private equity, real estate capital markets, marketing, strategic consulting, construction management, project management, quantity surveying, cost management, corporate real estate, facilities management and market research.

    Our students were offered an average CTC of Rs. 6.7 lakh, with the highest offer being Rs. 13 lakh (as of Jan 2015).

  • A unique program that prepares students to become construction economists and quantity surveyorsan integral part of project lifecycle as professional advisors on cost & commercial matters.

    The program is a rich mix of technical and managerial subjects. Students gain knowledge & understanding of procurement, commercial management & financial management of construction projects. They are imparted crucial competencies in the areas of cost planning, estimating, measurements, specifications, cost analysis, cost-in-use studies and value management.

    number of trainees that your organization can take and preferences, if any, for students of a particular program

    Once we receive your preliminary requirement, we will recommend few candidates based on your preliminary requirement and preferences.

    We will send the detailed Student Information Matrix sheet, wherein you would be able to do the following view candidate details shortlisted by us based on your

    preferences accept recommendations or shortlist other candidates view detailed interests/projects of all students suggest interview date/time and mode of selection such

    as telephonic interview or physical interview at your office or the School campus

    Based on your shortlist of students and preferred selection process, the placement team will be in touch with you to coordinate the process and finalize interns to be trained in your organization.
