A California Distinguished School/National Blue Ribbon School/Title 1 School Of Achievement VOLUME 63/ISSUE 1
RICHARDSON PREP HI MIDDLE SCHOOL SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2016
Mr. Bryan Wing (pictured right) is the counselor at Richardson.
Mr. Wing is in his fifth year at RPH. Problems with other stu-
dents, class scheduling, or anything else, Mr. Wing is the person
to see. Mr. Wing is also involved with the after school CAPS
program (recording class, piano, dance, and Rock Band) and is
well known for the musical productions he puts on—both on
campus and off campus.
Mrs. Jenny Paige (pictured above) is in her first year as the Vice Prin-
cipal at Richardson. Mrs. Paige is here to help teachers and students
become even better than they already are. If you’re looking for help
with anything, Mrs. Paige will be more than happy to assist you. She
can be found in the quad at lunch and at most of the activities our
Tigers participate in. Join Mrs. Paige on Fashion Fun Fridays for a
picture in the quad at lunch if you participate!
Dr. Natalie Raymundo (pictured left) is the
principal of the Richardson Tigers for the
eighth year. Dr. Raymundo can be seen in
the quad wearing a smile and offering a
helpful hand. Students find her easy to ap-
proach and talk to about their problems
and successes. Dr. Raymundo often partici-
pates in student activities, especially Fash-
ion Fun Fridays. Feel free to contact Dr.
Raymundo at any time!

How do I earn Letter “R” points?
The Richardson PREP HI Letter “R” award is one of the highest honors awarded to stu-
dents. Students earn their tiger stripes throughout the school year. A total of 250 points
are required in categories of scholarship, citizenship, and activities. The stripes for aca-
demics are based on report card grades: A=4, B=3, C=2. Points can be awarded by staff
members for demonstrating the ROAR Code of Conduct. Points are carried over from
one year to the next. For each additional 250 points, students will be presented with a
gold bar to be pinned on the Letter “R” or to wear on lanyards. Throughout the year, stu-
dents that have earned their Letter “R” will receive certificates, incentives, awards, and
extra privileges. Here are some examples to check with teachers to earn Tiger “R” points:
