• Identify a group in need (we can help)• Establish coat goal, determine $ goal

– $20/coat to cover freight and promotion/pr

• Create fund raising plan– Reach out to community, use as

opportunity to raise awareness of Rotary and your Club!

• Order coats through www.operationwarm.org– Boxes of 6 in one size/sex/style- 3 colors,

minimum 5 boxes– 2 -3 weeks lead time– Extras provide “coat closet” for future

needs

• Plan for “Added Value” component with recipient organization– Literacy, wellness, nutrition, “pay it

forward”
