Hundreds of talented women from the villages stitching and sewing; putting their heart and soul into their work so that someone somewhere will have something nice to wear.

Now spare a thought for their motivations. Many of these people have no alternate source of income. They do what they do because they love doing it but also because it is the only way they know how to support their families and send their children to school. Without the tools of their trade, they are helpless, unable to eke out a living.

At US$ 80 per sewing machine the price isn’t too high. And when you compare that with the US $ 50 per month income that each machine can fetch, the initiative can come as a blessing for those in need.
