NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA GOVERNMENT RULES OF BUSINESS.

No. ROB-2015/C. R. 25/18 (0 & M).—In pursuance of the provisions of rule 5 of the Maharashtra Govenment Rules of Business, the Governor of Maharashtra upon the advice of the Chief Minister, is hereby pleased to amend the Government Notification, General Administration Department, No. ROB-2014/C. R.73(1)/18 (O&M), dated the 6th December 2014, as follows, namely :—

In the said notification,— (i) In entry 5, against the name of " Shri Prakash Manchubhai Mehta " in column (2), for the

word " Mining " the words, brackets, letter and figures " Mining [Including supply and distribution of coal, coke (with its derivatives) for inductrial use and price control thereof under the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (No. X of 1955) of Government of India.] " shall be substituted

(ii) in entry 12, against the name of " Shri Subhash Rajaram Desai ", in column (2), for the word " Industries " the words, brackets, letter and figures " Industries [Excluding supply and distribution of coal, coke (with its derivatives) for industrial use and price control thereof under the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (No. X of 1955) of Government of India.] shall be substituted.
