Exhibitor site preferences

Fresh Gardens are in a prime position next to the Great Pavilion. The size of garden is flexible in modules 3m x 3m. Your garden can be any size in multiples of these modules (e.g. 3 x6m or 9x9m).

Using the diagram below can you please indicate your preferred size and position (using the Drawing Tools). You can also print out the layout and mark your boundaries clearly on it, before scanning it and emailing it as a pdf with your application.

Points to note:

• Solid Boundary walls will not be permitted where they run along the boundary of the 3x3 grid spaces, although soft boundaries (e.g low hedging) or walls that are broken up can be used if they are integral to the gardens design (all decisions on boundary walls are left to the discretion of the selection panel and show development team)

• Although all efforts are made to provide you with your preferred size and position, you may need to alter your original plan in discussion with the shows team to fit to the overall plan of the Fresh Garden area.

• If you have any queries regarding size and placement of your proposed garden please contact Sam Gare, Assistant Show Manager - [email protected]
