Org Change & Conflict Drawing on her graduate studies, Rho Sandberg specialises in assisting individuals and groups understand the influence of power, diversity and rank dynamics within communities, organisations and in leadership. She consults to and coaches within organisations including Indigenous Leadership Victoria, the Defence Abuse Response Taskforce, police, emergency services, natural resource and migration agencies, several universities and the Victorian Public Service Commission, amongst others. Rho Sandberg is a founding director of the Global Coaching Institute and has trained over 1600 leaders, managers, HR professionals and mediators to become coaches. She has championed the introduction of CINERGY Conflict Management Coaching in the management of workplace and social conflict, and led major coach training initiatives that have shaped HR practice across the Victorian Public Sector. Rho was instrumental in introducing Process Oriented Coaching and CINERGY Conflict Management Coaching in Australia. Rho holds a Masters of Organisational Change and Conflict Facilitation (Portland, Oregon) a Masters of Cognitive Science (UNSW) and is certified as a Conflict Management coach and coach trainer
