Chris will explore developments in UK student

activism and reflect over use of social media and

main stream media to galvanise support for

causes and manipulate public perception. He will

also compare and contrast different approaches

to managing student protests to maintain day to

day operations as well as communications

strategies to deal with reputational impact.
