sounds of wildlife provide accompaniment to the hauntingsounds of
the didgeridoo andclapsticks. The amphitheatre is wheelchair
accessible, and has alarge protective canopy and tiers
ofcomfortable wooden seats with the capacity for 400 people.
DREAMTIME WALK - This half-hour guided tour along an all weather
walk-way modelled on the Rainbow Serpent, the mythical creatorof
the land, gives insight into aboriginaltraditions and beliefs, and
how several ancient implements were used. BOOMERANG THROWING -
After a demonstration and a few lessons from your Guide, youll be
ready to testyour skills with this ancient aboriginal implement.
The area is speciallynetted for your safety, as boomerangsdo come
back!DIDGERIDOO PLAYING - Your Guide will explain how the
didgeridoo is made and used in ceremonies, then will demonstrate
techniques used to play this ancient instrument - listen carefully
for sounds imitating Kangaroos or the Kookaburra.SPEAR THROWING -
Youll be amazed at the distance your Guide can throw spears using a
Woomera.One of our Guides, Jauwa, is listed in the Guinness Book of
Records with a distance of 147.75 metres thats one and a half

rainforest tour on an amphibious World War II Army Duck (officially
spelt DUKW). Rainforestation has 12 of these historical vehicles,
which hold up to 30 passengers and have 6 wheel drive, propellerand

as birds such as the Azure Kingfisher and a host of other animals
