-Contractor should strictly follow the safety and security rules of

PSO. Contractor' s labour to follow Company's rules and procedures as

well as HSE guidelines and safety procedures. Contractor w ill provide

PPEs i.e. Safety Shoes, Gloves, Helmets, Goggles, Safety Harness,

Safety Belts etc to his labour during execution of w ork.HSE Manual and

Instruct ions are attached in CD for inf ormation and compliance.

-All labour, tools (non ferrous if required), first aid box, ladder,

materials and transportation to be provided by contractor.

-As the quantities may vary (increase or decrease according to t he job

requirements), t herefore, payment w ill be made as per actual quantity

of w ork done.

-If the Contractor fails to complete the work w ithin time stipulated,

the Engineer Incharge will be entitled to deduct f rom his bills for

0.1% of Work Order per day and subject to maximum 10% Value of P.O.

-The work w ill only be accepted after inspection and approval by the

Engineer Incharge.

-Quality is the prime concern of PSO, no compromise shall be made in

this regard. Only first c lass approved quality material, w orkmanship

and supervision will be utilized by the contractor w hich shall strict ly

conform to the WO/SO specification.

-It must be clearly indicated w hether quoted rates are "inclusive" of

GST, Excise Duty, other Govt. levies, provincial Govt. taxes (services

taxes etc applicable if any) or " exclusive" of such taxes if

applicable.

-In case it is not mentioned, the rates shall be presumed to be

inclusive of Provincial ST and/or any other Government levies which may

be applicable, and the bidder, if awarded the cont ract, shall be bound

to pay all of these taxes, if applicable, within the quoted amount.

- Provincial Service Tax is to be paid by the Company w here applicable

and the Company requires Supplier/ Contractors to be registered in

Provincial ST and submit Pr.ST invoice with the bills, w here

applicable.

-Terms and Conditions PUR-03 (S) & Bidder Assessment Checklist

(BAC) are attached (in CD), w hich constit ute part of this Bid Enquiry.

acceptable to PSO and off ers consisting separate terms assigned by the

tenderers shall not be considered part of the bid, as only agreeing RFQ

terms & conditions brings the vendors on a competitive bidding

platform for evaluation.

-PSO may issue tender documents t hrough soft data on CDs or electronic

transmission; however bidders are required to submit t heir bids on hard

paper printed copies. Bids submitt ed in the form of soft copies shall

not be accepted and rejected without any further process.

-The bidder is essentially required to provide the correct and latest

postal, email, web address, phone / mobile / f ax numbers at t he time of

submitting of tender documents for effective and timely communication

during the procurement process.

-A suff icient t ime is allowed according to PPRA rules for bid

accordingly and do not urge for extension.

-This tender is for one t ime procurement of the Captioned

Goods/Services/Work only, w hich does not qualify f or other jobs in PSO.

Bid opening procedure w ill be " Single Stage - One Envelope". The bid

shall comprise one single envelope containing separately, financial

proposal and technical proposal (if any).
