Powur was created so you could build your own business and capture your share of the multi-trillion dollar shift to clean energy. Powur partners can earn income in two ways:

Monthly residual income payments guaranteed for 20 years based on their personal and team solar installations.

Weekly bonuses based on qualified lead acquisition.

This document is meant to provide an overview of how income is paid through the Powur

rewards plan. You now possess an unrivaled vehicle to achieve personal financial freedom while making a massive impact on planet earth. For more detailed explanations please consult your team leader.

Powur Positions & Qualifications

To become a qualified Powur partner you must have a minimum of 3 Qualified Leads submitted to SolarCity.

At least 2 of those leads must be outside of your household.

I. Advancing through the positions in Powur are based on cumulative qualifications. The position only needs to be earned once to keep it forever.

II. Success as a Powur partner is not guaranteed. It is a combination of personal effort and long term focus. Not all Powur partners make a profit and no one can be guaranteed success. Powur’s compensation plan is subject to change without

notice at Powur’s discretion and for any reason.

QUALIFIED LEAD: The definition of a qualified lead is a homeowner submitted through the Powur platform to SolarCity, who: Passes credit inspection; Owns their home; Is in a SolarCity service territory; and,

Schedules an appointment for a free solar consultation.

Fast Start Bonus

FAST START BONUS By submitting 3 qualified leads to SolarCity within 60

days of the date you enrolled as a Powur Partner you will earn a $75 Fast Start Bonus. YOU

Solar Installation Bonus

SOLAR INSTALLATION BONUS You will earn a one time $200 reward for each lead you

refer that turns into a solar installation. There’s no limit to how many leads you can refer and personal solar

installation bonuses you can earn.YOU

20 Year Solar Residual Bonuses

Over time, the majority of your compensation can come from residual income you earn for 20 years on

solar installations throughout your organization. Acquiring new solar customers is the fuel for your

business, allowing you to build a long-term, lasting income. By teaching others to do the same thing, you can build a compounding residual income.

20 YEAR TEAM RESIDUALS The amount paid on each generation of

installations monthly for 20 years.

I. Paid Monthly.

II. Commissions are distributed no later than the 10th of each

month following a pay period.

III. Residual commission begins at completion of solar installation.

IV. Rank Qualification determined by your rank on the last day of

the month, 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time.

V. Dynamic compression will compress all residual commission to

you that partners within your organization are not eligible for,

but you are.

Let us ask you a question. As homeowners make the

inevitable change to solar energy, do you think you could ask 5 homeowners to get a free proposal from the #1 solar company in the world to have solar installed on

their house for free?

That is the crux of Powur’s entire business model. Lets look at how your team could grow if you introduced Powur to just 5 people.

If each person in your team simply submitted 5 qualified

leads to SolarCity, here is a hypothetical example of how you would be earning $18,530.50 per month for 20 years.

I. This example is calculated with a 20% conversion rate from qualified lead to

solar installation. Depending on a variety of factors, this conversion could

be lower or higher for each homeowner.

II. This example is hypothetical, and used for illustration purposes only of how

as each individual partner determines how much effort, time, and resources

Lead Acquisition Bonus Schedule

TEAM LEAD ACQUISITION BONUS

You earn Team LABs when Powur partners in your organization, who are under a Powur partner that has

not reached the same earned position you have reached, acquire new leads to become qualified within 60 days of their start date.

TEAM PERFORMANCE BONUS

You earn Team Performance Bonuses when Powur partners in your organization, who are under a Powur

partner that has reached the same earned position (or higher) that you have reached acquire new leads and become qualified within 60 days of their start date.

I. All LABs are based on Qualified Leads as defined on page 1 of this document. LABs are paid weekly.

II. Weekly pay period ends Sunday night at 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time.

III. You are paid by your rank calculated at the end of each weekly pay period.

IV. The abbreviation stands for each Powur position; qualified partner, senior partner, etc.

V. The Team LAB amount next to each position is what you will earn in Lead Acquisition Bonuses when the new qualifying partner is under that position. For

example, if you are a National Powur Partner, and a QP (qualified partner) earns a LAB with no higher ranked partners between you; you would earn $75.

LEAD ACQUISITION BONUS Lead Acquisition Bonuses (LABs) are paid when your

newly, personally sponsored Powur partners become qualified within 60 days of their start date.

In order to count for qualification, all leads must show a “Qualified” status in the Powur back office.

Powur Compensation Timeline

In the beginning, the majority of your income can be earned from Qualified Lead Acquisition bonuses, while the leads in

your team turn into solar customer installations. We created LAB bonuses because solar installations typically take 90 days from the date a lead has been submitted. Powur has

pioneered a way for you to get paid generously today, while 20 year solar residuals compound from the activity

happening within your team.

The chart to the right is for illustrative purposes only, to show

you how your income can grow overtime with Powur.

REMEMBER Income is not guaranteed in Powur. Each Powur partner

determines how much time, energy, and resources they are able to commit to their business and thus their results. For

this reason, many Powur partners do not return a profit.
