WHAT REVOLUTION IS ?

A revolution is a fundamental change in power or organizational structures that takes place in a relatively short period of time. Aristotle described two types of political revolution: 1. complete change from one constitution to another 2. modification of an existing constitution.

Revolution has occurred through human history and

vary widely in terms of methods, duration, and

motivating ideology.

There are many revolutions such as :

In 1700-1799 The Camisard Rebellion in

France. 1703-1711 , The Rakozi Uprising against

the Habsburgs.

Technological Revolutiontechnological revolution is the transformation from an agricultural to an industrial nation.

There were in fact four revolutions, and three of them came in two parts. The first, the key foundational one, was the power revolution. Second was the communications revolution and third the transportation revolution. Together they succeeded in creating what I call the organizational revolution, which literally changed the way America organized itself and its activities. The organizational revolution began with the corporation, but the corporation was not just a business model; it became a model for other institutions in society. The power revolution came in two phases. Phase I was the steam engine, phase II the electric revolution. The communications revolution can also be viewed in two phases: the telegraph and the telephone, which are historically fairly close, followed later by movies, radio, television, the computer, the internet, and all the changes that flowed from their impact.

About Japan…Japan literally is an island nation in East

Asia. Located in the Pacific Ocean, it lies to the east of the sea of China, Japan, North Korea, South Korea and Russia, stretching from the Sea Of Okhotsk in the north to the East China Sea and Taiwan in the south.

Geography..Japan has a total of 6,852 islands extending along the Pacific coast of Asia. The country, including all of the islands it controls, lies between latitudes 24° and 46°N, and longitudes 122° and 146°E. The main islands, from north to south are Hokkaido , Honshu , Shikoko, and Kyushu.

The islands of Japan are located in a volcanic zone on the Pacific Ring of Fire. They are primarily the result of large oceanic movements occurring over hundreds of millions of years from the mid-Silurian to the Pleistocene as a result of the subduction of the Philippine Sea Plate beneath the continental Amurian Plate and Okinawa Plate to the south, and subduction of the Pacific Plate under the Okhotsk Plate to the north. Japan was originally attached to the eastern coast of the Eurasian continent. The subducting plates pulled Japan eastward, opening the Sea of Japan around 15 million years ago
