1) From http://help.ncr.com, Click on ReviverR Tool from the Most Viewed Articles

2) Download by clicking the link:

3) Click on Save &Open from drop down button:

4) Execute Setup Reviver 1.3.msi

Click Next & then Install on next screen.

This will install the Reviver tool on your computer.

5) Click on Reviver 1.3 icon created on desktop. From the screen select ‘Internet Explorer’ and click on continue:

6) Click on ‘Select All’ and then ‘Perform Actions’:

7) On next screen select ‘Delete Personal Settings’ and click Reset

8) It will then perform a setup for ie9 settings.

9) Once done you’ll see checks in front of all options. Close the window and reopen IE and test again.
