Revisions to Domestic Services with effect from 2 December 2019

1. New services: Basic Package and Tracked Package

2. To better reflect our offerings of each service category, SingPost will be renaming the following: - Ordinary Mail will now be known as Basic Mail - Registered Article will now be known as Registered Service

3. Basic Mail and Registered Service (Singapore) will only apply to letters and printed papers weighing up to 500g
