How To Fill Bulk Statement Software Technolgy Parks of IndiaSr. No.Instructions to Fill - Statement of Softex Forms (Annexure A)1This procedure is applicable for below category only(a) Software companies having software export revenue of Rs. 1000 Cr and above in the previous financial year 'OR'(b) Software companies who are submitting approx. 600 or more Softex forms in previous financial year2Covering letter should contain LOP Ref. No. and Date along with contact person name, telephone/mobile no. and email ID. It should contain Softex form nos. details and how many softex forms are submittin to STPI and email ID and address of respective authorize delar3Softex forms( Annexure A) should be submitted in below mentioned order -(A)Original/Duplicate/Triplicate/quadruplicate copy of Annexure A with proper readable font size.(B)Each page of Annexure A should contain page number (page 1 of X) with company sign & stamp on each page and also its last page (section C) should be duly signed by the exporter with Name, Designation,Place,Date with his company stamp.(C)In case the Contract/Agreement number is not available, one can use project code or any other unique number they might have to identify and relate to softex number.(D)Soft copy and Hard copy of Annexure A is mandatory submission. No any other supporting documents like Invoices, MSA, SOW,Manpower details, backup format, data communication proof etc.,at the time time submission of Hard copy and soft copy of Annexure A. These supporting documentes and any other relevant informations require to submitted only demand of STPI authorities.(E)Exporters will have to provide information about all invoices including the ones the lesser than US$ 25000 in format of Annexure A .(F)No individual softex forms are require to submit with Annexure A because All infiormations contain in softex forms are caputred in Annexure A. Annexure A is itself as softex forms.(G)Information require in soft copy (as per annexure A of RBI circular), it can be sent to directly on email ID(Mumbai - exim.mum@mah.stpi.in & Pune - report@mah.stpi.in) of authorize STPI Officer with digital signature and password encryption by authorized officer of exporter. Hard copy of the same is quadruplicate as well as copy on CD is required to submitted to respective STPI centre in the usual way(H)Softex NumberSoftex number shall be allocated/issued centrally by RBI in lots of about 200,000 numbers to be used by large exporters for the calender year for all locations. Exporters can use the allocated Softex number given by STPI for each invoices with same currency of a particular customer. SOFTEX NUMBER would be the control number for identifying any of the export transaction.4In case of Royalty of reciept use Annexure B format for Royalty reciept instead of Annexure A format all other procedure will be same.5STPI may certify the that information (given as per annexure A of RBI Circular) by digital signature and send certified soft copy on email ID of respective Authorize officer of RBI/Authorize dealer/exporter with proper password encryption and parallely certified hard copy would also be sent.
