COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITONS
1. PRICES: Prices quoted are net ex our works at
Hyderabad/Mumbai/Nasik.
2. EXCISE DUTY: NIL
3. SALES TAX: Shall be charged extra @ 2% or VAT @ 14%
4. DELIVERY: Within 6-10 weeks from the date of receipt of PO
alongwith advance after approval of drawings.
5. PAYMENTS: 30% as advance along with order; and balance 70%
with full taxes and duties against Performa invoice andprior to
dispatch.
6. VALIDITY: Offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the
date of offer.
7. PRICE ESCALATIONS: The prices have been quoted after taking
into account prevailing discounted rates of the switchgearsuppliers
mentioned in Bill of Material as on the date of this offer. Any
subsequent increase in the rates of these switchgearson account of
price revisions or increase in taxes / duties / levies shall be
charged extra to your account.
8. WARRANTEE: Our products are guaranteed for a period of 12
months against any manufacturing defects.
9. INSPECTION & TESTING: Final testing of control panels
shall be carried out at our Principals works. We would welcome
thedeputation of your authorized representative for witnessing the
final testing at our Principals works with prior appointment
atmutually convenient schedules.
10. Form C or any other applicable form shall be submitted at
the time of taking delivery. If the form is not submitted
thendifference of Tax amount shall be kept as a deposit until we
receive the Form.
11. FREIGHT: Freight shall be charged extra as per actuals.
12. PACKING: The Packing charges shall be charged extra @ 4%
