Through her lifes work she seeks to answer questions about human potential, fulfillment, and connection. She has helped youth and adults develop aligned lives so they may effectively and joyfully live, learn, work, solve problems, collaborate, and create. Suzanne has been a classroom teacher at the Pre-K, elementary, middle and high school (9th grade) levels as well as an enrichment educator in arts institutions and in private homes. After completing a thesis envisioning the public learning spaces of the future based on human physiology and neurology research--and graduating with her second masters in education from Harvard University in May 2011-- Suzanne directed a large study based in Jordan on the entrepreneurial mindsets and ecosystems of youth in nine Middle Eastern and African countries. Her latest qualitative studies explore 1) Himalayan nomadic and Tibetan Buddhist ecosystems promoting individual and community wellbeing and 2) the development of empathy in elementary school children. She is founder of The Global Education and Action Network (GLEAN), and precursor program Kids Studying Eurasian Nomads, providing custom-designed research expeditions and advocacy to teenagers studying global issues and cultures since 1996 in remote regions of the world, including Mongolia, Siberia, and Timbuktu. Her company Lettrick and Associates Educational Strategies has provided whole service academic coaching, consulting, and enrichment experiences to hundreds of youth and their families. She is currently developing an integration mechanism (patent pending) that will enable learners of all ages and regions to hone their interests and good work skills in practical, real world ways.
