for over 3,000 ports and over 225 TB. Provided accurate site surveys and participated in projects for Exchange 2000 and Windows 2000. Supported Microcode upgrades for the McData and Hitachi equipment and zoning changes. Worked

with the Hitachi Disk team in setting up LUN’s throughout the network and with the Engineering team to reduce the total cost of ownership for Bank of America.
