1. Remove hood and side panels.
2.Remove fasteners and slide console back.
3. Remove belt and driven clutch.
4.Remove clutch cover/oil-tank and let rest in
place as shown.
5. remove left hand section of air intake ducting.
6. Unplug ECU. Remove upper air-box
assembly.

7. Unplug coils, and TBAP sensor.
Remove lower air-box assembly.
8.Remove muffler.
9. Remove exhaust snow deflector and muffler
grommet.
10. Drill rivets and remove right foot kick-panel.
Keep panel intact for future use.
11. Hang rear of sled and remove 2 rear
suspension cross shaft bolts.
12. With tunnel exhaust reinforcement plate in
place mark and cut exhaust hole in tunnel.

13. Bolt tunnel reinforcement plate in place.
14. Install spring tab as pictured .
15. Reinstall rear suspension bolts.
16. Rivet muffler block off plate in place.
17. Install stock muffler rubber mounts on to
turbo bracket.
18. Set turbo assembly in place of stock muffler.

19.Connect the shorter turbo coolant hose to the
stock coolant bottle, in place of throttle body
hose. Connect longer hose to the throttle body
and discard the stock hose.
20. (Optional) connect longer turbo coolant hose
directly to cylinder head to bypass throttle body
heating.
21. Route coolant hoses appropriately and secure
with zip ties with zip ties.
22. Unplug the oil hose pictured.
*Skip if you have an MTA Oil-Less Turbo.
23. Cut the upper oil hose install T and connect
previously unplugged hose as pictured.
*Skip if you have an MTA Oil-Less Turbo.
24. Connect oil feed hose to turbo and route
through bulkhead toward oil pump.
*Skip if you have an MTA Oil-Less Turbo.

25. Fill turbo oil feed hose with oil.
*Skip if you have an MTA Oil-Less Turbo.
26. Connect turbo oil feed hose to oil pump.
*Skip if you have an MTA Oil-Less Turbo.
27. Install muffler using V-band clamp and
spring to tunnel.
28. Install turbo inlet with bolts and springs.
29. Use stock muffler spring to spring turbo
assembly down to cross bar.
30. Bend throttle body lock rings slightly until
ends overlap.

31. Snap lock rings onto throttle bodies.
32. Install silicone onto throttle bodies and
tighten hose clamps. Make sure lock rings stay
in place and silicone and clamps are positioned
all the way forward.
33. Set air box hose clamps loosely onto
silicone.
34. Start air box into place. Make sure throttle
cable is on left hand side of inlet tube.
35. Position air box in silicone to maintain clear-
ance from steering bulkhead.
36. Tighten hose clamps.

37. Install charge tube.
38. Remove TBAP sensor and coils from stock
air box.
39. Install coils to coil bracket. (Note) The
shorter plug wire is the mag side coil.
40. Install coil mount to steering bulkhead spar
bolts.
41. Replace clutch cover/oil-tank.
42. Set Cold air intake flange in place and mark
hole.

43. Cut air intake box approximately as shown.
44. Drill and install cold air intake flange with
push darts.
45. Install cold air intake tube, leave clamps
loose.
46. Install stock air intake box.
47. Position cold air intake tube and tighten
clamps.
48. Install under hood air vent cap.

49. Install double springs to pipe to Y-pipe
connection.

51. Connect shorter piece of hose to metal barb
on boost solenoid and secure with zip-tie.
52. Connect longer piece of hose to
perpendicular barb on boost solenoid and secure
with zip-tie.
53. Connect shorter hose from solenoid to barb
on back side of charge tube and secure with
zip-tie.
54. Connect longer hose from solenoid to barb
on waste gate actuator and secure with
zip-tie.

55. Zip-tie boost solenoid to coolant hoses.
56. Open stock Velcro wire bag and install
E-Key.
57. Zip-tie TBAP sensor over left shock tower. 58. Connect Boondocker control box to ECU.
59. Connect Boondocker control box to air box
temp sensor.
60. Connect Boondocker control box boost hose
to air box fitting.

61. Connect Boondocker control box to boost
solenoid.
62. Secure Boondocker control box to ECU
using Velcro.
63. Cut right kick plate as shown and reinstall
64. Replace drive clutch cam arms and spring.
65. Reinstall hood and side panels.
66. Find snow and ride!
