    Project brie:

Explore sesorial therapies by developig a ctitious therapy. Tis therapy cabecome a device i a orm o a graphic/iteractive arrative (ctio) to createa dialogue or iteractio to maximize well beig.

    Persoal statemet:

I have always bee attracted to the huma mid cause o the elemet oukow attached to it, which makes it very iquisitive ad captivatig toexplore. Tis mid is where emotios, behavior, imagiatio, thoughts admay cogitive processes ca be experieced. Ad therapy directly taps thisvery mid to treat or heal a emotioal ad behavioral disorder (i ay).Tus, it is very iterestig to explore how the disorder (actio) ad its remedy(reactio) are both geerated rom the same mid through seses.

Possible placebo? Te story goes like this: A doctor came to him oce adhe was wearig rigs ad he complaied about the sleeplessess ad a severeheadache. Te astrologer asked him to remove a particular rig ad asked himto sit calmly or te miutes. Aer 10 mi, he doctor replied that he was eel-

    ig much better.

    Observatio/Ierece:

I this case, it was more like the doctor was expected to eel better/relie aerremovig the rig ad the result was positive.

Belie see as spiritual occurece as strong belie in God.

From the story he told, it was easy to ier how the astrologer uses the ex-pectancy technique which takes place as a placebo eect.

My placebo is goig to address what? - stress.

So, accordig to the three coditios metioed above, I eed to create acoditio (stress related) where the eed to address it will arise, creatig acoditio or a placebo to take place.

How is the problem o stress addressed i art therapy?

What is that a perso is made to talk, draw, thik, act?

How is the perso made to express his/her stress?

    3) What does the orm do?

Help me use my learig ad costraits i a eciet maer to meet thegoal o creatig a placebo.

this group o people also orms the majority o the educatedurba livigmoder people.

    I believe i mysel

    Refectios:

Aer thikig, I started to questio who is this I ad who is this Mysel .Could these two subjects be separated rom each other?

I oe believes i oesel - the pheomeo o placebo eect seems like just amechaism to make the believig happe.

Why the separatio o me ad him?

Placebo efect is a psychological efect. Te body is lookig or a eect totake place. Aer the itake o the sugar pill, the body believes that that thesugar pill is healig it. So the healig happes, just that it is the body thatheals itsel, ot the sugar pill.

Te process o healig itsel to translate this process into a space, the il-lusio that you are separate rom me. It is a sel-geerated process, whichmeas the actio ad the reactio, are both geerated i the body itsel. Adthe body is actually healig itsel sub-cosciously.

now i order to thik i terms o a space the rst idea was to separate thesubcoscious ad the coscious i.e he ad me respectively. Start a dialoguebetwee he ad me.

Attributes o a mirror = illusio, perceptio, actio reactio, the idea o whatyou see is what you believe, respose to stimulus, coditioig, cotrolledmeasured deceptio, separate You rom you, appearace.

    Why mirror?

A mirror as a metaphor to separate you ad him (ier you) because while

studyig the pheomeo o a placebo, oe thig got cormed that it is Youwho heals yoursel. Ad all you eed is that exteral stimulus (sugar pill iwhich you believe) to start the actio o healig yoursel (reactio).
