• Create a list of ALL SOP’s you will want to have in place by the end of the first week in school
• Choose a top three of those SOP’s which are consistently a headache with student ‘use’
• Re-group with 2-4 other teachers with one similar SOP’s to develop
Create a Visual SOP
• Multi-step flow chart to help students solve problems
