Additionally, Mr. Carr’s nominating petitions included the following as the candidate’s address

the Qualified Voter File (QVF), Mr. Carr has been continuously registered to vote at a different

address since 2009: 6635 Wendell, Mackinac Island. Mr. Carr also gave the 4th Street address on

his Affidavit of Identity, not the Wendell Street address where he is registered to vote. This

represents an additional defect in Mr. Carr’s nominating petitions and if determined by the Board

to be fatal, leaves Mr. Carr with 0 valid signatures after face review.

CHALLENGE: None.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Determine petition insufficient.
