Joint Damage & Losses Needs Assessment (JDLNA) 1.WB was
requested by GoB (Min of Finance) to lead a joint assessment
2.Deployed DaLA methodology, with new added component: ER
3.Mobilised some 30 sectoral external experts & hundreds of
enumerators 4.Participated also by some UN agencies 5.Report was
produced in April 2009 6.Signed by WB & EC minus the UN
