Review of all activities performed by all agencies during & after Earthquake 2072.
To discuss about the issues raised among different stakeholders regarding transparency, accountability and rule of law.
To speed up the reconstruction and recovery campaign To strengthen coordination and reporting mechanism for
resources efficiency & quality service delivery from the agencies and strengthen the role of DDRC.
To ensure effective coordination between line agencies & non state actors from planning to evaluation.
Contribution to materialize the concept of better Sindhupalchowk through the mobilization of agencies.

• OneVDC one Secretary were deployed.
• Established strong coordination between Govt. Offices: utilized
Govt. vehicles, staffs, resources efficiently and effectively.
• Identified the vulnerable settlements and also possible sites for
relocation (as per preliminary report made by Member of Parliamentarians, about 65
settlements from 45 VDCs were identified unsafe), (Settlements were from 20-150
households)
• Coordinated with NPC team during PDNA process and receiving
high level delegates from Int. Community.
