The ClickView app for Windows and Mac OS X is now availableThe ClickView app for Windows and Mac OS X allows your teachers and students to explore your school’s ClickView library and access all the features from ClickView Online including Albert, Workspace and Exchange.

Using this new app, you can access ClickView Online from your desktop without the need to enter a web address and if your school has Single Sign-On enabled, your network details will be saved so you don’t need to authenticate each time.

New and improved - ClickView app with Albert and Local StorageWe’ve added some exciting features to the ClickView app including Albert, our Curriculum Specialist.

The new Local Storage feature allows you to save videos to your device for viewing while not connected to the internet.

How to sync your videos to ClickView Online1. Open ClickView Library Server

2. Go to Tools > ClickView Online - Sync Manager

3. Click on ‘Scheduling’, right click on a video or folder and select ‘Enable Upload’

Once synced, teachers and students can access these videos using any computer or mobile device.

Using the new ClickView plugin for Schoolbox, you can quickly browse your ClickView library and embed videos without having to leave your Schoolbox page.
