• Quick Review:– Russian Artist

– Musician and Philosopher.

• He started drawing at a young age.

• Was considered a poetic realist during one time in his career.

• In the 1920’s he became a Surrealist.

• Work became more abstract as he got older.

• Created abstract monuments sculptures.

of Impressionism. – Used lots of color. – Paints mainly still lifes. – One of the first women to
