The LG 140/160 /200 have common fea-

tures that ensure you will get the best out

of DYNAPAC plates:

Speed and compaction depth can be regu-

lated steplessly by means of a hydraulic

servo-control of the eccentric element,

thus resulting in smooth travelling and easy

operation. All LG 140/160/200 machines fea-

ture a manual throttle control as standard

equipment.

The unique DYNAPAC devibrated handle is

one of the LG 140/160/200 plates’ strongest

features! The handle is suspended in special

shock absorbers to keep it vibration-damp -

ened in all positions.

The LG 140 is among the most rugged plates

in its category as it features a highly resist-

ant HARDOX 400 bottom plate. It has beendesigned to resist tough site conditions,

and the high quality components utilized

will ensure that you get the best out of

your DYNAPAC LG 140 plate for a moder-

ate investment.

A strong protective frame with its single lift-

ing point will ensure safe and easy transpor-

tation of the LG 140.

The DYNAPAC LG 160 is a heavy-dut y for-

ward/reverse plate. A high centrifugal force:

(35 kN) combined with high frequency (82

Hz) makes this model ideal for compactionon block paving, patch work and other

applications that require a combination of

high performance and capacity.

The LG 160´s 450 mm wide base plate pro-

vides the best possible compaction of pipe

trenches, and generally speaking in con-

fined areas.

An optional transport device is available for

the LG 160 as well as for all models within the

LG 140-200 series.

The DYNAPAC LG 200 is a 500 mm wide

reversible plate compactor. With outstand-

ing compaction data: 36 kN of centrifugal

force, this plate will give excellent results

The LG 500 offer a heavy-duty reversible plate with high compaction performance.

A powerful Diesel engine, make the LG 500 an economical attractive alternative to

heavy vibratory rollers. The wide base plate (550 mm or 750 mm) is designed for

fast compaction of soil and stone material on large surfaces, and also for building

foundations and backfill against supporting walls.

series, along with its´ compact design,

assures excellent maneuverability opera-

tor comfort as well as safe and easy trans-portation and storage. Features of the

LG 500 include:

A streamlined control handle, makes it easy

to turn the plate, with a readily accessible

throttle control and forward/reverse lever

very simple to operate.

The standard foldable handle design means

the unit is easily stored and transported.

Devibrated handle design greatly reduces

vibrations transmitted back to the operator.

The strong lifting frame and protection cage

on LG 500 protects vital parts and makes it

convenient to transport the machines on site,

even in the toughest conditions.

The LG 200 features a rugged plate and a

compact design for easy transport and stor-

age, as well as excellent maneuverability in

trench operations. A foldable lifting eye on

top of the protection frame is standard on

LG 200, as well as a spare V-belt placed on

top of the frame to reduce downtime.

Ergonomy is also one of the strongest

advantages of the LG 200 due to the excel-

lent devibrated handle. Operator’s comfort

and high capacity are therefore combined

in the LG 200.

The combination of DYNAPAC quality vibra-

tory plates with the latest Hatz technology

makes our reversible plates highly reliable

compaction tools.

400) is used, thus assuring a long service life even

when used on the hardest rock material.

An excellent combination of frequency

(60 Hz), amplitude and high centrifugal force

(60 kN) allows the LG 500 to achieve the best

compaction performance and maneuver-

ability on all types of material.

Flexibilty and versatility are the words which

best describe the LG 500. The machine is

equipped with a Hatz Supra 1D81Z engine

as standard, either electric or manual start.

The LG 500´s versatility doesn´t stop there. The machine can be delivered either with:

- a standard 550 mm wide base plate, with the

ability to convert it into an 850 mm total width

plate by using the optional extension kit.

- or with a fixed 750 mm wide base plate for

contractors with mainly large surfaces to be

compacted.

The machine is equipped with a heavy-duty

protection guard between the engine plate

and the base plate which prevents the intru-

sion of fine material, thus reducing mainte-

nance and downtime.

A safety crank is standard on the manual ver-

sion, and a vulkolan plate is available as an

option for block-paving applications.

APPLICATION SUPPORTAll machines are given a trade description at Dynapac International

High Comp Centre (IHCC) in Karlskrona, Sweden. This verifies that

the compaction characteristics of the machine correspond to the

high level requirements that have been applied during the work

of development.

The data accumulated during tests is filed in a know-how bank at IHCC, from which

recommendations are subsequently made concerning the choice of machines and

modes of use in relation to customer specifications and wishes. Customer support by

IHCC accompanies all Dynapac’s machines world-wide as long as the machine is in use,

never farther away than a telephone call.

The end result is a unique know- how centre that covers market requirements ,
