May 22, 2016 NSCC MEN’S MINISTRY Revelation: A Study of End-Time Events A 12 Week Community Bible Study for Women Wednesday Evenings/June 8 – August 24/7:00 – 8:30 Women of NSCC and the community are invited to study the Book of Revelation with Donna Best on Wednesday evenings this summer. God’s Word is a treasure, and we are on a treasure hunt. Would you read a great book and skip the last chapter? No way! This verse-by-verse study of Revelation is intended to dispel the fears, confusion, misconception and the often avoided “final chapter” of God’s Word, and to make women hungry for more. We will be looking into the Bible itself for the keys to unlock the mysteries! Seating is limited to 30. Please call Donna at 724-789-7353 to register. Registration will then be confirmed and a 107 page bound study guide will be reserved by mailing a check or money order, made payable to North Street Christian Church, to Donna Best @ PO Box 42, Connoquenessing, PA 16027. The Mexico team will be having a rummage/bake sale June 17-18 at 111 Muddy Creek Drive Rt. 8 North. Any donation will be accepted - clothes, movies/music, books, toys, tools, dishes, fishing supplies etc. The leftover baked goods will be donated for Sunday School or NSCC Light of Life Christian Outreach. We still need people on the team. If you have never shared in a missions trip or served in Mexico, please prayerfully consider this opportunity. Revelation: A Study of End-Time Events A 12 Week Community Bible Study for Women

Wednesday Evenings/June 8 – August 24/7:00 – 8:30 Women of NSCC and the community are invited to study the Book of Revelation with Donna Best on Wednesday

evenings this summer. God’s Word is a treasure, and we are on a treasure hunt. Would you read a great book and skip the

last chapter? No way! This verse-by-verse study of Revelation is intended to dispel the fears, confusion, misconception

NSCC Light of Life Community Outreach

Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. He who follows me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” The NSCC Light of Life Community Outreach meets Monday through Thursday from 11-2 and is open to anyone and everyone who would want to drop-in. A daily Bible devotion is held at 11:30 and lunch is served at NOON. We say thank you to the churches and volunteers who reach out to others in the name of Jesus. Help is needed especially to spend time talking to, encouraging and praying with our guests. See Curt or Pam Weichey if you would like to get involved.

Pioneer C lub Graduat ion

The 2015/2016 Pioneer Club has come to a close for the summer and will resume again in the fall. Katie says, “THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING YEAR! We had such an amazing graduation night! We shared a verse we learned and some SWEET dance moves. Club members went home with an assortment of badges and awards and I went home with many BLESSINGS! Thank you for the great year! I can't wait to see what next year holds.” We say thank you to all of our Pioneer Club workers and to the families and kids who have been involved. Pioneer Club is on the grow at NSCC! Be on the lookout for a few summer activities for kids – including DAY CAMP – August 8 – 11. ~ Katie
