Business Challenge
Pre-UPK:
1. Analyst created a basic training document in MS Word with lots pictures and arrows
2. Analyst created PowerPoint to go with training if needed (optional)
3. Analyst created test document
4. Corporate Trainer created a Breeze session to record the training (optional)
5. Business owners took the training document and from that created process documents
6. Training content was hard to maintain and not always 100% complete
To meet project schedules we needed to do more work in less time with no duplication of effort

User Training Options with UPK:1. “See It” This allows users to simply watch the
training and learn
2. “Try It” Lets users simulate actual transactions during the training session
3. “Know It” Tests the user on how well they know the process and scores are generated
4. “Do It” Lets users do the actual transaction in an Oracle screen and still have training running to help if they need it or get stuck
