Footprint - The Netherlands
RETURNING LOCATIONSKuehne + Nagel currently operates four Returning locations strategically positioned across the Netherlands; in Delfgauw (Pijnacker), Tilburg, Zaandam (Westzaan) and Zwolle. All locations are open 24/7 except from Saturday to Sunday night; when we are closed from 23:00 till 07:00. Management, planning, controlling and support functions of Returning is located at the central office in Tiel.
THE TOTAL SOLUTIONAll services that are included in the Returning concept are conducted in our distribution centres. The distribution centres form an important link in the supply chain. Here, the returnable transport items from the supermarkets come together. Packaging is sorted, cleaned and is made available again for suppliers. Services range from highly efficient standardised solutions to customer specific tailor-made solutions. Each distribution centre processes 500 trucks daily with returns, such as roll cages, rollies, dollies, CBL, empty beer and soft drinks waste and pallets. It is no wonder why the distribution centres are at the centre of our total solution “Returning”.

AVALANCHE WEBVIEW - WEB-BASED TOOLIn order to give you greater flexibility in your supply chain and up-to-date real-time information, we have an innovative web-based system whereby you are able to order, organise pick-ups and view the available stock of crates. Your credit balance is updated online automatically through the use of scanners and cameras.
