    answered question 18

    1. The bureaucracy is overwhelming. A number of students, myself included, leave feeling like the UR of spent

the last four years trying to get as much money as they could from me.2. Have had a great 4 years

    3. Depends on what they want to major in. or if they want to go into research or industry after graduation

    4. My complaints lie completely within the administration. I feel that the administration does not have the

    students interests at heart.

    5. Too much money for an equal degree from a highly regarded State school

    6. I've loved this place and would absolutely recommend it to those in ChE or otherwise.

Green Engineering continues to be a department success storyfor its inception from 23 students to 54 currently. Course and Instructor ratings show marked sustained

improvement over the past 4 years. Alumni survey results are an excellent testament for thedepartments educational efforts. Career Center and exposure to ethical issues/responsibilities

of the profession need attention. Need to formulate a more coherent plan (e.g. a minor) to dealwith the renewable energy area and climate change issueswhich loom on the horizon.
