The CBRE Retirement & Healthcare team comprises 10
dedicated professionals who specialise in all healthcare
sectors and have significant real estate experience.
The R&HC staff are located in Sydney, Brisbane,
Melbourne and Adelaide and a dedicated team is
also located in New Zealand.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT
CBRE Retirement and Healthcare Valuation Services Quality Management Policies and Procedures have been built up over years of Valuation practice. Our quality management systems, together with excellent staff, training and valuation tracking systems, ensure that CBRE can meet and often exceed the standard required by our clients.
The Quality and Risk Management Division, headed by the National Risk and Compliance Director, coordinates the quality management process and procedures, provide hands on advice and focus’ solely on the quality control of valuations Nationwide. Internal and external audit processes and management procedures for checking and counter signing of valuations ensures continual quality control.

OUR TEAMThe single ownership structure of CBRE allows us to focus on the big picture of providing our clients with the services they require. Whether the service is on a regional, state or national level our single ownership allows us the flexibility to cope with ever changing demands. The organisation operates as a borderless business with excellent internal communication and allows a single point of contact management, providing specialist support and advice to the National Valuation team.
The ownership structure has also permitted a tight management structure comprising working Directors in each location, well supported by additional Valuation Managers, many of whom have specialist skills. In turn, mid-level and assistant valuers and support staff completes the operation. A strong focus is given to team support and staff training to ensure continuous improvement in skill level needed to cope with ever changing demands.
