I asked her what in her wildest dreams she thought her idealweight would be and how long it would take her to attain that goal.

She thought that her ideal weight would be 125 and that she would

like to be there within a year. I smiled and told her that I could designa diet for her to lose about five pounds the first month or twenty

pounds the first month and reduce her medications. Not surprisingly,

she picked the latter.
