You will be closely working with Managing Director to lead the sales activities. You will be

Analyze the competition and recommend strategic moves for RetailOn

Analyze, research, recommend, and implement processes and systems.

Collaborate with the Strategic Founders team in growing a strong, integrated, and

sustainable organization

Carry out market research activities for information mining

Desired Skills:

Strong understanding of ecommerce social media and a belief in the power of utilizing it.

Experience in marketing in the ecommerce industry a huge plus but not a requirement

Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Computer/IT Preferred.

Post Graduate in MBA Marketing or MSc Marketing Preferred.

How you will help RetailOn capture Magento Service Market?

1. Presentation of marketing plan: Prepare a Marketing Plan presentation and email it

to [email protected]. Your presentation should be a 10-15 slider presentation, so that you

can present it in 15 minutes. Once your presentation is shortlisted, you will receive an email

for the face to face presentation round, where in you will have to talk through your

presentation to the interview board. Post presentation, you will be called in for a final round

of interview.

2. Personal Interview: We would like to know more about you during face to face discussion. It

could last between 60 minutes to 120 Minutes based on synergy we see with each other.
