Ø To date, the Heartland region has attracted over $30 billion of investment and developed into Canada’s largest hydrocarbon processing region.
Ø The Heartland is within Alberta’s Capital Region, the northernmost metropolitan area of Canada and home to over 1.1 million people.
Ø The region is home to 40+ companies in a variety of sectors, including producing and processing oil, gas, and petrochemicals, as well as advanced manufacturing.
