Retail/Distribution Channels Specialist - Agriculture Mississauga, ON

Reporting to the Customer Rewards & Services Manager, you will: - Manage and analyze Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data to develop unique and high-

value rewards and rebates programs for Customer Experience Management (CXM) platforms - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to determine distribution strategies, performance metrics,

and reconcile program results to continuously improve integrated customer campaigns - Work closely with marketing solutions and software development partners on large projects - Analyze customer feedback to add to, and adjust, existing customer strategies with the goal of

improving customer satisfaction and loyalty Your background includes: - A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Computer Science or related field. Master’s

Degree an asset - 2+ years’ experience with data science, CRM and CXM programs, and quality controls as it pertains

to database structures and relations databases - A solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and Office platforms. Experience using SAP highly

recommended - Familiarity with core budget and forecasting variables as well as key financial metrics and their

implications on the product portfolio - Previous position(s) in the agriculture industry with knowledge of the product distribution process

an asset - Excellent team-orientated communication, problem solving and critical thinking abilities
