Whilst we are working with our clients acquiring new stores worldwide, EC Harris is also expanding. We have enhanced our presence in Asia with the opening of two new offices located in Beijing and Guangzhou, China.
Alongside this, we were recently joined by John Newton. John will lead EC Harris’ existing team based in Houston and Atlanta and head our new office on Lexington Avenue, NYC. The opening of these offices is in support of demand from international and domestic clients. The office openings further demonstrate EC Harris’ long term commitment to international growth and its client focus.

new appoIntments In retaIl…We are delighted to announce two recent appointments in the retail sector. Richard Taylor, formerly of Davis Langdon, joins us as Partner and Head of Commercial. Richard brings extensive knowledge of shopping centre development, office development, investment and management.
Alongside this, Jessica Nicolls joins us from Selfridges where she has worked as a Retail Project Manager for large retail developments and luxury brand concessions. She has extensive experience of projects and portfolio programme management within the retail sector. Both of these new appointments demonstrate our capability, knowledge and focus on our clients’ needs.
