Retail ScRiptYOUR GOAL: To retail most of the product in your Executive Z-Pack (EZP) or Premier Executive Z-Pack (PEZP) to close friends and/or family. These are the people who love you dearly and who want to help you with your business, but may not become team members.

REMEMBER: Keep enough product on hand for your own personal use and for sampling. As a new IE, you should try all of the products.

Retailing the product from your EZP or PEZP accomplishes several goals:

(1) It helps you recoup the cost of your initial investment within the first 30 days of being in the business

(2) It gets your closest family and friends invested in your success without obligating them to become business partners

(3) It often leads three or more of your family/friends to become preferred customers… helping you qualify for the Z For Free Program, where you get your monthly EZ-Order for free.

DiD you know?

n 80% of your “hot market” (your closest friends and family) that you contact by phone will become a “trial customer” and purchase your product at least once. Only 40% of your hot market will try your product when you use email to contact them and follow up. The moral of the story? Pick up the phone.

n 30-50% of the people who become “trial customers” will stay on the product and become preferred customers. They typically stay on the product as long as you are in the business.

I’ve gotten involved in a business that I am so excited about. I’m calling to ask for your support.

I’m not asking you to join me, and I’m not even asking you to become a regular customer. All I’m asking is that you help me out by trying the product for 1 month. So you purchase a one month’s supply—and if you love it, then great! You can become my preferred customer and I’ll show you how to get your product at a 20% discount, forever if you want it. If you don’t love the product, you never have to try it or purchase it again.

I’m asking you because I have the opportunity to advance myself to a serious money-making position in this company, and the way I start is to get 15 “trial customers.” Like you. Can I count on you to be one of these people for me?

YES—Almost everyone will say yes at this point because they love you and want to support you. When they do, sell a 30 day’s supply of the product to them for retail cost (30% above IE pricing). Download a price list HERE.

NO—If for some reason you get a no, don’t be discouraged! Just move on to the next person on your list.

Wrap up the conversation after the person has made the purchase. And remember—always ask for referrals to other people who might be interested!
