POS Unit construction and connectivity:

-POS display to be designed to be used with CHEP quarter pallet display platforms, both wheeled and static

-Safe attachment of POS display to platform to be done through locking slots using Outer Blue-Click as indicated on the diagram.

-The concept for the display shown is for illustrative purposes only. POS displays to be shopped from the 60cm face.

-Footprint dimensions and locking functions are provided as a general guideline for POS display design.

-Please review specific retailer requirements for POS display, shelf lip and header height.

-Please consider product weight and dimensions forcorrugated specification and tray layout

-Gaps between the top of the product and shelves to be kept to a minimum. Consult specific retailer guidelines for minimum finger space allowance.

-CHEP display platforms (both wheeled and static) can withstand up to 250kg. Please consult product supply chain and retailer restrictions for overall weight limit.

POS Unit construction and connectivity:

-The display must have a maximum footprint size of 60cm X 40cm. Dimensions are external.

-The fluting used is dependant on the size of the display and the weight of the product it will hold. This will be determined by the supplier.

-The maximum and minimum height of the display will be decided by the following factors; the size and weight of the product, client design requirements, stacking ability required and supermarket regulations.

POS Unit design requirements:

-To be used with CHEP quarter pallet platforms (wheeled and static)

-POS displays to be litho or digitally printed

-Avoid the use of staples for corrugated joining

-Follow flute direction as indicated on the footprint drawing

-Blue-Click connectivity eliminates the need of using glue, tape or staples to attach the POS display to the platform

-Don’t allow POS display to over hang the display platform
