ILL and Disabled – New language is being developed to provide for TDSP Field exception to mitigated disconnection if the TDSP is made aware that a disconnect would worsen an ill or disabled situation. 5 Business Days versus 5 calendar days – REPs must submit a move out to terminate service. Consideration for obligation to serve language continues to be developed and will be approved later. Developing consistent reporting for all market participants to comply with PUCT requirements. Protocol and Texas SET changes must be developed .
