For the 30 days following your first shipment, we’ll

closely monitor your account to ensure everything is

running smoothly. During this time we’ll verify that all the

proper information is included on the bill of lading and

that lead times are sustainable. To help ensure on-time

performance, we’ll also confirm your information is

consistently loaded into the system correctly. And if you

have questions or service issues, customer support is

ready to help.

On-Time Delivery Simple Steps For On-Time Delivery To be successful with retail+, the following is important:

• Include accurate PO# with correct pieces and weights on each bill of lading

• Include requested delivery date or window on each bill of lading

• Provide sustainable lead time — ABF advertised transit +1 day

• If you have a delivery window, use the first day of the window to calculate the ship date.
