Project Summary: - My Account is an application which gives an opportunity to user for registering and login to Allstate network to see the product, where users have abilities to see all the policies details which user has enrolled and their status. Users can Quick pay for the policy without logging into my account. Make a payment to single or multiple policies. Schedule a payment for single or multiple policies. Schedule Auto pay for their policies which are eligible for auto pay. Maintain their wallet for payments. See claims of their policies; File a claim and their status. See all the billing transactions history for their policies. User has options to opt and see eBill and ePolicy. User can also see drive wise data and rewards. Receives emails on any transactions or change in the policy.

Project Summary: - It consists of web services which will be consumed by Android and IPhone devices to send photos of the vehicle for claims termed as settlement from Images. There would be web services which would be consumed by claim from Allstate which will send push notification to IPhone and Android Users.The purpose of this system is to provide push functionality to mobile devices from Allstate. Push notifications serve as a reminder to customers to take some actions (fro ex, you get a new message). That interface defines business data communication between device and CTS SFI web service. That interface is implemented as a REST service between device and Mobile app tier.Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) is a service that allows sending data from servers to Android applications on Android devices.Apple Push notification service (APNs) is a service that allows sending data from servers to Apple applications on Apple devices.
Both services are sending notifications to mobile devices to prompt actions from
customers.Currently this service is being used for SFI, but it is designed to be generic enterprise-wise push service notification.

In General, when a new contract is received, client creation is done in workflow system. But, we can also create a client using the Client Administrator tool. All Thomas users are created and managed through this tool.Website Manager (WM) is used for providing the Global Settings for each version of the catalog. The files related to the catalog such as Button, Image and Style Sheet files can also be uploaded through the Website Manager tool. By default, every company can have 3 versions, which can be increased to any number of versions in Client Administrator tool. Catalog Manager (CM) is the data editing tool for the company catalog. PLP (Private level pages) is Company Catalog web solution. CM is used for adding categories, products and items in the catalog. It also can be used to specify the settings based on which the Private Label Pages (PLP) will be shown.
