There would be web services which would be consumed by claim from Allstate which will send push notification to IPhone and Android Users.The purpose of this system is to provide push functionality to mobile devices from Allstate. Push notifications serve as a reminder to customers to take some actions (fro ex, you get a new message). That interface defines business data communication between device and CTS SFI web service. That interface is implemented as a REST service between device and Mobile app tier.Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) is a service that allows sending data from servers to Android applications on Android devices.Apple Push notification service (APNs) is a service that allows sending data from servers to Apple applications on Apple devices.

Both services are sending notifications to mobile devices to prompt actions from

customers.Currently this service is being used for SFI, but it is designed to be generic enterprise-wise push service notification.

By default, every company can have 3 versions, which can be increased to any number of versions in Client Administrator tool. Catalog Manager (CM) is the data editing tool for the company catalog. PLP (Private level pages) is Company Catalog web solution. CM is used for adding categories, products and items in the catalog. It also can be used to specify the settings based on which the Private Label Pages (PLP) will be shown.
