As a public relations and content communications specialist for Watson Realty Corp., Courtney manages public relations, media relations, branding, and internal and external communications activities to support more than 1,300 Watson Realty Corp. Courtney completed her fifth and final internship in public relations at St. John & Partners. Courtney was able to work with many clients during her internship, including: Moe's Southwest Grill, Sealife Aquarium, WBTV- CBS Charlotte, Carowinds, Hubee D's, Dean & Deluca, Girls Scouts of America, Schleich, SmashBurger, among others. As a marketing intern, Courtney wrote and edited social media content, news releases & website copy and assisted with media relations efforts, including searching for andmaintaining media contact lists and writing news releases.

As the corporate communications intern of Crowley Maritime Corporation Courtney assisted with writing and editing of company publications including a biannual magazine, biweekly news brief, news releases, website articles, and internal news stories, provided photography and video assistance, managed and developed social media content, and created and published internal and external web content, including company websites, social media and intranet site.
Courtney gained experience as the promotions director of UNF Spinnaker Media, which compromises Spinnaker Television, Spinnaker Radio, Spinnaker Magazine and UNFSpinnaker.com. During her position she handled all public relations, media relations, event planning, brand management, promotions, social media and marketing for the organizations and the subsidiaries.
