PROFILE As an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, with twelve years of high acuity ICU RN experience, I am invested in providing the highest quality of health care possible; which in turn is both my motivation and reward. My career has developed exclusively in challenging, fast paced environments that require time sensitive identification of patient conditions and an ability to work well with others in a high-stress working climate. Evidenced-based patient care is my priority, and I put forth sincere and focused effort to affect my patients circumstances. Comfortable high acuity skills including but not limited to: ventilators, bedside OR, multi-vasopressor administration, ICP monitoring and ventriculostomies, CPR, direct contributions to team rounds, diagnostic and laboratory results interpretation, and precepting duties. I also routinely care for Medical ICU patients. Nursing administration at KRMC noted they received significantly more letters of appreciation regarding my care than most other ICU RN’s.
