JOB PROFILE
As an Engineer (Mechanical), I am engaged with the following field:
� Maintenance of Pipe Manufacturing Machines i.e. Hawakeye Pedershaab (Pipe Plus and
CAP250) & Pedershaab (using mechanical vibrators 2V30S40 and 2V60S100)
.
� Maintenance of Reinforcing Cage Welding Machines i.e. MBK (Type29-300/24-3000),
HCMC(Type CWC 3230-36CNC), Heng Tai(Type- CW3000P).
� Maintenance of Concrete Batching Plant i.e. Macon (RMC 30 PAN Mixture), Skyline
Millars (THZ1125).
� Under my supervision at KK Spun Manawar, Shed fabrication and erection of MS
structure involving 450MT of steel and area 90mx60m.
PROJECT HANDLED
� As a Production Engineer at KKSpun’s Ballabgarh RCC pipe production plant,
manufactured JACKING Pipe (1500mm to 1800mm) of Rs. 42.76crore fully approved
with the client without any fail of quality aspect(June 2011 to Feb 2012).
� Under my supervision at KKSpun’s Jabalpur RCC pipe Production Plant, manufactured
RCC pipe(1000mm to 1800mm diameter, NP3 NP4 Class) of Rs 33.6crore fully
approved with client without any fail of quality aspect (March 2012 to Feb 2013).
� As a Quality Engineer maintained the records as per BIS requirements and get approved
from BIS department for KKSpun’s Jabalpur plant.
� As a Manager Production at KKSpun’s Ujjain RCC pipe production plant, manufactured
RCC pipe(2600mm diameter, P1, P2 & P3 Class) of Rs 60crore, fully approved with
client without any fail of quality aspect ( February 2015 to April 2016).
� As a Manager Production at KKSpun’s Manawar RCC pipe production plant,
manufactured RCC pipe(1600mm to 2600mm diameter, P1 & P2 Class) of Rs
72.97crore and Mild Steel’s pipe bends of Rs 6crore, fully approved with client without
any fail of quality aspect (March 2013 to January 2015 & May 2016 to December 2016).
