Responsible for Business Analysts, POS Development, Middleware Development, and 3rd tier support of all store systems. I managed a staff of 6 IT managers directing a staff, at peak, of 75+contractors and 25 FTE’s with an annual budget of $10 million (OpEex and CapEx)

Maintenance, 3rd level support, and code pushes for all store systems including POS, middleware, kiosk, and payment systems, with emphasis on controlling changes during peak sales periods. The Quick Response Team (QRT) were experts in the configuration, logs, and DB structures of the POS. This team was recognized many inter-company awards for keeping the 6500 locations with 16,000+ registers up >99% store open time as well as payment systems operations. I personally recognized them on many occasions for their outstanding

Senior Manager of Navision development and support for all Navision ERP international implementations. Internal resource recruitment / development and vendor deliverable management for ERP system. Recruited, trained, and manage 15 resources in the US, vendor management in Spain and UK, and 8 Germany based Support Center resources.

Development / Project Manager for the 2500 store Europe wide implementation of the Navision 5.1 Landsteiner Retail solution. This implementation included Navision financials, merchandising, warehouse management system, Targit BI reporting tools, and interfaces to the legacy POS system. The scope included 13 countries with 6 international distribution centers with multi-language and multi-currencies implemented.

Scheduled, coordinated, and lead JAD sessions with the business users using my extensive retail and Navision experience. Very successful as lead to the IT Director position.

Development Manager / Support Navision (MovieStop Subsidiary) March 2004 – March 2006

Responsible for design, implementation, and support for all IT systems within the MovieStop subdivision (~45 stores). Navision 3.70 POS upgraded to 5.0, financials, WMS, and ERP.

New role - Implemented the Kronos workforce management system for the GameStop 3800 store chain in the project manager role. The application dynamically created schedules for 50,000+ employees during the 4th quarter with great success in both controlling salary costs and allocation of payroll.

Implemented the Kronos time keeping system including 16 clocks, backend reporting, and support through handoff to the business for 2000+ warehouse employees in 2 distribution centers.
