    business course, for professional and personal growth.

    PROFILE SUMMARY:

    Having a Ten (10) years work experience as Administration and Customer Service

    Officer. 7 years in Store Operations Division, and 3 years in Engineering Department;

    tasks includes documentations, budgeting, contract agreement drafting,

    presentations, developing of business processes, (policies and procedures),

    Administrative Orientation, and Trainings of staff. Goal and customer oriented

    individual with strong leadership abilities. Proven abilities to work with staff at all

    levels, a highly motivate and work with less supervision. Exposure in various areas of

    communication (internal) Co-employees, (external customers) franchisees and

    service providers, and can work along with others. Adhere with the company rules

    (IPSM) and Equipment Operators Training.

    2007 Improved the Departments service level performance for at least 85% by way

    of implementing written guidelines, policies and procedures both Franchisee, Co-

    Department and Suppliers/Contractors.

    2006 Appointed as Administration Committee (ADCOM) President of Ministop

    Philippines.
