PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT - Directs ongoing educational in-service for the department with presentations/workshops conducted at least once per year; Prepares annual course description updates; Provides for annual curriculum review and updates; Reviews major trends nationally and locally with a view to revise existing curriculum when appropriate; Recommended changes in courses, course work, etc.; Supports the department’s ongoing Curriculum Improvement Process.
