Successfully increased the total category sales for diapers by 30% + for the first quarter

through creatively designing and implementing a standardized high traffic

supermarket/hypermarket shelf movement process, carefully analyzing the historical data

movement from various stations over a period of 3 – 6 months. This was achieved

through close coordination with Sales, Marketing, IT and logistic functions.

Using years of hand-on experience at store level, increased the category growth by

The efficient management of inventory and production orders helped the company to
