The achievement and experience was challenging and knowledgeable. Kodak Digital Camera has grown from 3% to 12% market share (top 5 brand) since my leadership with an average of 2.5 million gross turn over monthly. This industry and firm has groomed me to overall management of business (sales, stock, collection, product and staff training, key account management) and was part of the winning team that was responsible to list the company in 2006 to the main board of KLSE. In January 2007, was transferred to setup new department, marketing flash memory card and drives. It was successful as this department has a turn-over half a million within the first 3 months in the fast moving Mobile, IT and Photo channels. Event management, road shows, product launching and trade fairs weekly and quarterly of the year has been a major exposure and experience in product and service promotion. (PC Fair, Camera Fair, IT Fair … etc) Venus Ceramic Tiles, Currently, employed as Project Manager since April 2013 to secure projects via developers, architects and contractors. Tune Talk Sdn Bhd the current employment as Area Sales Manager to rebuild the dealers channel in weak areas like Kajang, Cheras, Ampang, Hulu Selangor and Kuala Selangor. These areas assign are now performing areas within a year and have strong influence of Tune Talk in these areas.
